I received this and felt I should post it... Rock, Thanks for giving me a call tonight. I was a bit overwhelmed, because God keeps reminding me about the story of Nehemiah. Nehemiah was ask to come to meet with leaders to make a plain of Ono. He sent back a message and said,"I am doing a great work, so that i cannot come down. Why should the work cease while I leave it and go down to you?" God keeps calling people just like you and I everyday to build walls around a spiritual city, to make a safe haven for those that satan, the enemy keeps attacking. For those people who need the light of Christ shining in their life. Who will teach these lost souls to be equipped with the word of God and to know the Power of all Power, our Almighty powerful Father in heaven, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Ghost? People are falling to the way side because to many christians want to start building the wall of protection, but do not want to see its completion. they are into numbers, of how many people can they bring to Christ? Not how many can they truly help form into image of Christ? Coming to Christ is about losing your mind, your way of thinking, turning away from the old man, the trouble maker for Satan and his kingdom. I want to see people become trouble makers for the kingdom of God, and not turning back to their old selves after awhile. Its harder to be a real overcoming, know who you are in Christ person, than it is to just be plain jane christian. Because anybody can be a christian. But can you be a overcoming, know who are in Christ, God is greater than any obstacle that may come your way Christian? :-) I am getting to the point, so keep reading..... I really like you my dear brother in Christ. For many, many reasons, and many of those reasons is because you chose to lose your flesh mind, and abandon all your way of doing things, you surrendered them to God, knowing God's way is the best way. Discernment, needs to be taught in the body of Christ. Point is, Nehemiah knew who he was as a child of God and knew he was doing what God called him to do, and did not let anyone deter him from building that wall, which God had told him to build. I say to you, don't let others take you away from your first calling, in which God has ordained you to go and do. God has given you great wisdom, the knowledge and clarity to complete all the task He has set before you. You are blessed to be able to do a multibody of task. However, don't feel you have to go and do this or that, here and there, whenever you are in the middle of a important task that God has appointed to you to complete and finish. I know you have the gift of discernment and that is a gift every christian should use frequently, but they don't. I am telling you all this because i know God wants me too. I keep trying to stop writing, but the Holy Spirit keeps laying on my heart to keep going. You and your family are precious in our Lord, and my God continue to give His favor to you and your ministry. You are truly doing a great work, and you cannot come down to stop. Awesome! I am putting your ministry, you and your precious family on my prayer list. You are definitely a Nehemian of our times. God bless you, Rock.
