The rules are quite simple. Youth Of America has implemented scripting throughout our users site. When you utilize the various features of this program, we receive tracking records. Winners will be chosen by a panel of three individuals based upon the use of the features of the Youth Of America Portal. Though only one award will be presented each month, a user will have a minimum of 25% fall-over stats. In this way, LSYF/YOA will be able to offer a fair and equitable contest. Those participating heavily, but losing out to another member who has higher stats, will have an added ability of winning the * Domain Name, **Web Hosting Plan and YOA Ez Shop Award the following month, or month after.

• a) Use of the Shout It Out Forum
• b) Use of the Chat Rooms
• c) Recommendation of the YOA Program to others whom sign up
