History: In 1994, after many
years of educating students and restructuring the
curriculum for colleges and universities, Mike Samadi
formed Tri-Comp, Inc. The company's
principle objective was to build computer boxes for
resale, provide technical support, and training. At
the request of several clients, Tri-Comp, Inc. initiated
its development of customized software. In Mid 1995,
the company exited hardware sales and concentrated on
technical support and corporate training along with
software development. Shortly after (late
1995), the company began its development of MEDICAL
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT software packages called MEDBILL and
performed tests for the years 2000 (Y2K) issues. During the past two (2) years,
the company initiated its consumer awareness program
regarding the Y2K. Recently, Tri-Comp, Inc.
completed one of its many video presentation for
consumers called "ABC's of Y2K" CONSUMER
AWARENESS. Tri-Comp, Inc. is strongly in pro-consumers and is eager to provide the best services in performing and educating consumers about fraud, scams and other unethical practices.
